Are you fit to Swim?

If you intend to push yourself during a training session it is essential that you do some warm up and stretching exercises before getting into the pool. These exercises increase your flexibilty and prepare your muscles for some hard work.

The files listed below contain some general exercises that can supplement swimming training sessions and warm up routines that can be used before a training session or competition. Please note these are large files and may take a while to download.
